We know how sad it is to lose a friend and how much you will miss them when they are gone, but we also know how wonderful it is to have a special and unique keepsake of a lovely pet. We can make this urn in the image of your favorite pet so that you can place your ashes inside, or just as a reminder of this special little animal. If you are lucky enough to have it, you can use it as a multi-purpose box for anything you like, trusting that he or she will take good care of your treasure.

Let me tell you why our work is unique

First of all, it is a 100% custom product - I do not use any blanks, I make a unique sample every time. My work starts with making the container on the potter's wheel and choosing the shape and contours according to the proportions of the pet's figure. I make all the sculptural details by hand every time, there are no copies.

Secondly - I use airbrush and fine point painting techniques - I make the most delicate and detailed transfers of wool tones, it is really very detailed - as far as ceramics usually allow.

The last thing is my endless attention to detail to preserve the memory of your pet in the most accurate way.

How does it work?

1. Before I start working, I need at least one photo of your pet. It will help me accurately convey all the details of the portrait.

If you are a pet owner
Please note! I am a stranger. I meet every pet for the first time and can catch the eye with completely different features than yours. Let's get acquainted - please tell me about your pet in detail.
What is her favorite ear position? How often does she smile, or is she serious most of the time? Playful or lazy? Maybe there is a special mark to add? What is the favorite hairstyle? What kind of facial expression would you like to see in the finished figurine?
If you have a favorite photo where everything is exactly as you like - please add it and say that this is exactly what you need!
Before I start working, please make sure again that you have provided all the necessary details.
If you do not add a description, I will analyze the photo and select the details that fit my vision.

If you are not a pet owner
Please do not worry! If there is at least one photo with a clear face, this may be enough. I am experienced and can produce a fairly accurate portrait similar to this photo. But unfortunately, I cannot know information that is not in the photo. If you cannot describe more details, then unfortunately, I do not know either. If you have other wishes, like happy facial expressions, feel free to write and let me know!

How to add photos
Here are several ways to add pet photos:
1. You can upload pictures directly on the product page. If you feel it is not detailed enough, you can also upload photos to us in the following 2 ways. 2

2. Once the product is ready to ship, I will send detailed photos to confirm or edit the jar before sending the package to you.

If you have any comments on the inaccuracies of the product, I will try to make the necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, in this case, it usually takes extra time and I will change the date of sending the product to eliminate the inaccurate information.

I can change the inaccuracies of color tones, add some marks or change some details that seem inaccurate.

I cannot change details that I didn't know before. For example, if the pet has unreported characteristics and is not clearly visible in the photo. Or you did not say that you wanted to see a smile in the figurine and I made a portrait without a smile at my own discretion. For such a significant change, I need to remake the jar first, because it is just pottery, which is a completely new work and requires the same time and materials to make.

However, if there is an error due to my failure to pay attention to your description (which can also be because I am only a human), I will remake the jar first in the shortest possible time.

If you want to cancel. Unfortunately, sometimes repainting or eliminating inaccuracies does not give the desired effect and you are still not satisfied with the result. I always try to meet with the buyer before sending the product and accept the cancellation. However, in this case, I must take into account the materials used for this attempt and issue a partial refund to your account, minus 20% of the cost of the product.

If there is no reply. I always want to receive a reply from the buyer before shipping. I either wait until the last day allowed for shipping or at least a week (if I extend this date). However, sometimes I do not receive any reply. In this case, I must send the product and fulfill my obligations as a seller.

I can make multiple replicas for the same pet if you want a jar for each family member. Please indicate this in your message!
